Planning a whole day of celebrating. The actual ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce  is set for 10am on Thursday, August 4. We'll also have an open house that day. (Other activities are planned for June/July. This date is when we are "company-ready" to make it official.)

This is a tentative date-- we are trying for any Saturday in April EXCEPT Easter Weekend. April 29 is #1 because of weather and it's not tax weekend or Earth Day. We can't get May and March weather is iffy... We need confirmation from Mayor Cain and the Depot (via the City) that we can …

We'll have a table at Open Door church in Burleson sharing information to prospective foster parents and volunteers about our services. I will be there but happy to have some company! Even if you can't attend--Please look for items shared on Facebook to help us promote.

Autumn on the Square is an annual event held at the Market Square in Cleburne. Nonprofits from the area have a booth to share info and offer a free game for kids to play. If we had 1-2 people help set up and work the booth till noon? And then 1-2  to run the booth …
